Highest mileage hayabusa?

I have 159,000 and some change as of March 1st, 2011. Nothing but oil changes and a couple of cam chains on the motor.

Still runs fine, but I do long summer trips and due to never knowing when it will finally die, will do a rebuild, Yes rebuild, of the motor this winter!

This is from Scar's 2008 Hayabusa, Wasabi!

Scar will be hard to beat ever . I'm racking up miles on my bird , but not at a pace to match him . I would guess to be at 100 K by 2021 at my current rate of non commuting miles . Sometimes ill rack up 700 miles in a day then go 3 weeks with maybe 50 miles . On a Road trip with wife , and riding friends may reach 2 to 3 K in 5 to 7 days then again go 3 weeks or more with little to no miles .

Now when retirement comes that is game on lol

Who has the highest miles on their hayabusa? I came from the SV forums and several people are over 100,000 miles. Two guys have over 130,000 ..

Just wondering if I should expect similar from a hayabusa.

From what I've read, the 250cc's tend to do 50k miles before needing rebuilds, and the SV (650s) are 100k. So I'm wondering if there's diminishing returns on even larger engines, or if the 1300cc engine can go 200k and beyond.

I did a search and didn't see any high mileage threads.
I have over 94,000 miles on my 2008 Hayabusa. Purchased the new bike in January of 2008.

My 06 model I bought in 07 had done only 15500 kms , I kept it till 2010 , when traded I clocked just over 180000 kms. Only did CAM chain at 110000 and the starter motor at 150000.
