Thanks Don! I must have been filling up in Hixson where there was water in the gas. I have used it many times since I moved and no problems except miles to the gallon is slightly decreased. I do try to stay away from it when I can.

ethanol = less MPG all the way around. good ole fashioned go go juice yields a pile more miles per tank than the mix versions

My 2004 Triumph Bonneville America will not run on the 10% stuff, refuses to start.

The Gen I specifically stated no alcohol. That's all I can get around here now-a-days and my Gen II is running fine.

Hey Zuk, All the stations around here are starting to put up signs if they run the good stuff. It is usually a couple of cents more but the bike does run 4 or 5 more miles per gallon. Are they advertising the good gas in your neck of the woods?
