help w/ a b-day gift gone bad

first off, i purchased a pair of van halen tickets for the mar 11 show which has been postponed twice and they will supposidly be appearing on may 28 in manchester, n.h. i got them from a guy off craig's list and the tickets were purchased through ticket master and they are actual tickets not e-tickets. my question is, will these tickets still be o.k. or can he call ticketmaster and have the money refunded to him w/out my knowledge? any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Most Ticketmaster events are non-refundable, but if the entire tour is canceled, you may run in to trouble...

Shame that he sold 'em on Craig's list because TM has their own ticket exchange and that might offer you some protection in the buying of these tickets...

I'd call Ticketmaster just to be certain...never hurts to ask.
