Gen 1 to Gen 2 cluster

Hey guys. I searched the forum and not much help but long story short I took a fall 3 months ago and going to a full gen 2 swap except engine. I was just wondering if anyone had any insight or helping info on making the cluster work (no gear indicator obviously) they could share. Thanks in advance.

i did the swap with my 03 busa the gen 2 gauge works on the gen 1 wiring harness only the temperature gauge goes up and down when the engine is running, can someone help me with the correct pin to fix this?

the temperature comes through SDS communication not a typical voltage type output to the cluster. Unfortunately the protocol is different between gen 1 and gen2.
