Gen 1 Speedo Stepper Motor

Hi all. Im new here, sorry if this is in the wrong place.

Are the speedo/ tacho steppers available as a spare part or am I up for a complete instrument cluster.

I see the ones on ebay seem to be generic for most cars/bikes are different to the Busa, their spindles are offset, the Busa is in the center. Picture attached.
