gel grips?

Im thinking about a set of grips for the 1k. Just to give the hands some cushion, the factory grips are little stiff. Im looking for a set the sized around with a little cushion to them but not to spongy where it feels like you sqeezing a stress ball.

My gloves had gel pads in them. Just throwing on an option. However they aren't protected gloves.
