Here we go at last, I was talking about buying and having a supercharger fitted this time last year but now after a longgggg wait it's finally happening.
Go to Facebook Junction 33 Dyno Center and you can see it coming together, here is a direct link to one of the photos.

Any questions about fitting it should be directed to Junction 33 because I haven't got a clue haha.

I know Andy is going to post pics on FB as work progresses :)

Hi Viper, the cost was in the region of £3600 not including fitting and setting up on the dyno and I'm not sure what that is going to be yet. Once set up it should produce in the region of 300bhp plus with a torque figure of 165ft lb. Add to that £300 for exhaust mods to clear the charger and another £300 for a billet clutch which I thought would be a good idea. I also thought it would be a good idea to take the QA throttle off and put the standard one back on, don't want to flip it haha, The QA can always go back on once I get used to it and get bored haha
Here is a link from the TTS site on one fitted http://www.tts-performance.co.uk/suzuki-gsx1300-hayabusa

i wouldnt think there would be a prob with the quik throttle. Remember sc power is linear.

Haha I thought I would err on the safety side Viper........safe..with 300 bhp.....haha..this is a road bike by the way and I got it insured with a UK company called Bikesure for the grand total of £268 pounds with all the mods (Carbon Wheels etc) including the supercharger. Tyre (tire lol) wear may (will) be an issue I think

Nice :beerchug: if your pretty handy with the tools can you fit the kit yourself ? I do believe they make a higher horsepower kit ?

I'll be fitting mine up here this Summer. Still wondering why TTS has been installing the supercharger oil cooler in the ram-air duct area. Rotrex says that it needs to be even or close to where the supercharger is installed.

Hi Ogun, Stage 3 (race) takes it to 500bhp but the engine needs mods. My stage two (intercooled) only has a shim fitted at the base of the barrel to lower the compression and special engine studs to hold it all together plus I've had a billet clutch fitted :)
