Ecu problem?

have a 01 that will not start. when you turn on the key, the gauges do a sweep test, and then temp gauge goes to hot, the tach jumps to 7500, and the speedo jumps to 60. and it says check in the clock. the bike has been apart for a while, im hoping i might have missed something during assembly. any ideas. btw the bike was fine before it was taken apart.

okay today i unpluged the ecu and lost my tach signal only. speedo still stuck at 60 till i unpluged the speed sensor. i un hooked the ect sensor on the rad and the head temp gauge still stuck on hot. starting to think it all may be in the cluster. any ideas? unfortunatly my dealer is a bunch of morons, they dont even have a manual for a busa..

tried to download the one off of this site, but i cant get it to open.

this is driving me nuts!!! got paint done and now this damn thing wont run wtf!!!
