- Receive a federal income tax credit for state sales and excise tax paid on the purchase of any new on-road motorcycle or scooter.
- All makes and models of licensed on-road motorcycles and scooters are eligible.
- Minnesota state sales tax on motorcycles and scooters is 6.5%
- Certain exclusions apply based on your income level. Consult with a tax professional to determine if you qualify for the federal income tax credit.
