Dyno done and running rich

Need help understanding how my Buas is running rich. I have removed the pair valve and blanked off, have a tri oval full exhaust, and a TRE installed, along with a K&N air filter. Shouldnt my bick have better air flow and run leaner?

If this is the case if I do the airbox mod will it help lean it out. And no, I have not installed a power commander...

You are going to have to get a PC III to sort out your problems I think. Never heard of anyone running a full system without one.
