Done got me a camel spider

I would but he skeeeers me. "Supposedly" they cant jump, but if someone is wrong and he attaches itself to my face I will be running through my building screaming like a little boy being chased by a catholic priest

funniest thing I heard all day!...and I wasn't scared of spiders till I saw that thing

got him home now, picked up some crickets for him. watching him chase them around.

It got my attention going so I had to research a little bit

1. Camel spiders top speed - appox. 10 mph. Which is very fast.

2. Size: Up to 6 inches although many report larger.

3. They have no venom.

4. They don't jump. However, many people describe them leaping onto their legs, etc..

5. Called camel spiders because they live in the desert.

They actually aren't spiders at all, they're solpugids.. Along with spiders, they are members of the class Arachnida.
