customer service is non existent! It's good that their products work pretty well because if they don't, it will take over a MONTH to get some service. I've used their tenders for years and never had one malfunction but I put a lithium battery in my Hayabusa and after a few months the new lithium tender quit working. I called Deltran and was told to send it in as it was under warranty. I sent it in on the 13th, they got it on the 16th. On the 26th I emailed them for an update and never heard back. Today, the 31st I called them and was told it may take another TWO WEEKS for them to send it back or one that works. I think I'll look for a different brand. Sad too as I've had good luck with their tenders in the past but a company that has no customer service does not have me as a customer anymore.
