New cycle world, and rider magazine test 08 busa vs 08 zx14. Busa is 10 horsepower stronger. 173.4 for busa, 163.7 for zx14. Torque is about the same for both. 1/4 mile times are 9.75 at 147.02mph for busa, and 9.79 at 144.47 for zx14. That is from cycle world. Rider liked the busa for handling, the zx14 for comfort. No dyno testing from rider magazine, but they liked both bikes. Seems suzuki did a better job with the tougher emmisions.

With these 2 bikes it comes down to the beauty of the Busa.

They are both super bikes in the performance arena.
