Clutch Problems

I am having clutch problems with my 02 Busa. The clutch it not disengaging all the way. I have the clutch all the way in and the bike still pulls forward it is also preventing me from putting the bike in neutral. Is there any adjustments I can make or is it just time to get a new clutch. Thanks for any help.

I would first try and bleed the clutch line.
Flush it well, to get out all water or crud.
That is a good place to start from.
While you are there check the bolts that hold on the sprocket cover (slave cylinder housing)
If they are loose it will not disengage fully.
