I don't know if this has been mentioned already. I put together my nose section and installed my HIDs. I noticed the low beam bulb was loose on the clip, since the bottom part of the clip does not contact the bulb base.
I made a quick spacer using the plastic washer that came with the bulb's package. Simply cutting it in three, super-gluing them together and then to the base. Fits perfectly and the clip holds the base snug, so it won't be loose.
