Was just about to pull the trigger on a K8 1000, new.

Then I went to the dark side and asked advice from the guys on the Gixxer forum.

While all this was happening, I got an absolute steal on a K7 GSXR600, 9000 miles, clean and just about unmolested, not a scratch. Just unloaded her, from a snowy salty ride on the back of my truck, from Kentucky. After some haggling, got the Chevy dealer down to $4,100.

very nice find. The local track record here is held by a 600, I prefer the 750 for street and mountain twisties but I am over 60 so may have forgot something.
