Another Site issue

Just starting happening today on IE9(32bit&64bit) and also it is on Firefox. I'd post up a picture of the issue,but my issues is those button are all gone. Smiley faces,attachments, all options of that sort. I've tried disabling all addon's to see it it was an issue and even went to uninstalling the few that I have installed. Reboot and then checking. Then reinstall and still nothing.

Any advice is welcome. Thank you in advance!

it's not Your computer. it's the org. were typeing smileys and posting vids by memory

yeah you won't see attachement on the quick reply box but you click advance it's there. As for the missing smileys you are not alone and I don't think there is any need to mention it or start threads about it, Cap and the mods do post here so I am sure they have noticed, I wouldn't worry about it and just carry on
