Any brands to avoid? To definitely buy?

When it comes to the solenoid and the ram, 100% all the same poop., MPS, Cycletek, dynotune, mcgrainger. You have maxxecu so that does the kill.

I buy mps just bcuz I asked that guy a ton of other wiring questions like 7 years ago and he took the time to answer em, knowing I wasn’t going to make a purchase.

Also, u can drill and tap your motor mount and drill a hole in the shifter, boom no need to buy a fancy mount. Just depends on your effort.

The mount I bought runs the shifter horizontal under the peg. I like that. I didn’t want a big vertical mount sticking out going to the frame.

Mps cylinder and actuator for years now with no trouble using boost by smith shifter. Added smith auto shift last year and love it. But I have schnitz Air shift module on another and that's a bad little gadget using mps cylinder and actuator I had already but was looking at his cylinder that's pricey . Very user friendly. And of course both have manual shift feature. Looking at CO2 air. Just haven't focused on getting yet.
