A lot of engine vibration hayabusa 99

Hi all !

I have a 99 hayabusa with 80.000 + km .

My big problem at this bike is the vibration witch is too high.

I now the hayabusa have a " normal " vibration around 4000-5000 rpm, i have it too BUT it's insane.

When i drive between 120-150km/h is the top vibration, i can't drive more than 30 minutes.

Also when i pull the clutch at that speed alll vibration go off soo it's not tyres or chain , just something with engine .


CAN SOMEBODY HELP PLEASE..

At least you've narrowed it down...could be:

out of sync throttle bodies,
cam chain on it's way out,
a loose engine mount
isolation rubbers gone on the exhaust
engine balancer out of whack
clutch basket bolts loose...

The possibilities are many...

I forget to tell about the throttle sync is done 1 yers ago and i make dyno test with 166 hp o wheel.

I will check the clutch basket.

I don't now how i can check the engine mount ?

Try putting the stock bar end weights back on and see if the vibration is less.

Your grips and bar ends look really nice, but they're probably not the best for vibration dampening.
