A Facelift For The Bike

After letting the bike sit for about 6 months ("kill mode" gets a little intense..) I decided to do some upgrades on the bike:


12 over moly arm (replacing 6 over trac arm)
GSXR1k tail conversion (stock tail wouldn't clear with new arm)
Move AMS1000 to tank
Brembo Master
Throw MSD SB6 in the trash and replace with MPS kill box


The latest build was a RCC Ultra setup done by the one & only Frank. I had wasted about a year going through a stage 1 velocity and stage 3 velocity setups that never ran right. I finally just shipped him the cobbled mess of a bike and a pile of parts. He did what most shops wouldn't touch: fix my mistakes and sift through the parts and tell me what else I needed to buy. A few wire transfers and 6 months later, I had a nasty street bike. It made around 550rwhp SAE on 35psi. When the bike was back in town, I turned it up to 40psi and it made 595 rwhp STD.

Since the bike has been idle for a bit, I'm just enjoying it on pump gas low boost (18psi), which is right at 400rwhp.

Thanks to the people in this group who have provided fantastic guidance, along with Frank & the team at Powerhouse for the work they did on my bike.
