24 Volt Starting System

I just installed the 1324 auto system from Tiger on a Gen II.
But one connection I'm not sure where it goes.
A small diameter black wire with a right angle eye connector tagged " Starter Solenoid".
I'm sure it goes to the primary solenoid but, the top or bottom connection?
I need to get this going as this one detail is jamming things up.

Any help would be appreciated.

The out put side of the starter relay,,
easy to tell, not the one that goes to the battery
