Are the vast majority of pple going on the second weekend? I am a bit confused, I thought that there were two bash weekends? How many people will be there during the week of 15 to 21?

The majority of people are going the week of 4/21st -24th (Easter Weekend). The other week people were considering was 4/28 to 5/1.
