So after a small break, the C38 Supercharger built, start again
on this naked bike version, it was an order in 2003 from Suzuki.
Naked hayabusa version for the tokio exhibition from
ludovic lazareth the french extreme designer.

Will see to get it running next year, but at least in 2014 hehehe...
No possibility to sell it, because there only 12 modells arround europe
and one in my garage.

The bike is total separated and i will start in a few weeks, so Kojak
will be not alone anymore with the supercharger stuff...hehehe:laugh:

Were those 12 bikes made by Suzuki that way, or another company contracted by Suzuki or one of their dealers?
Would like more pics and info please.
Cool looking bike.

The bike´s were still original suzuki busas....there was just a bodykit, with special
swingarm and under seat exhaust...the kit´s where produced by
lazareth.fr HAYABUZA ROADSTER | Lazareth
the kit´s for germany was dealed by http://www.france-equipement.de/ for arround €8000
between 2004-2006 but they were to expensive and they stopped.
So i was so happy to get beginning of this year a 2003 model with 4300km for less than €5000
Now everybody realize why the b-king looks like it looooks.
Godfahter of B-King was for sure the Lazareth Hayabusa.

Thanks for the info.
And you weren't kidding, that's definately where the B-King came from!
I Couldn't see that from your original small picture.
I've never heard of those bikes before or ever seen them on this site.
Too many folks get excited about LE models that are different colors, but this bike is really unique. This thread needs pinned!
Thanks for sharing that.:beerchug:

Welcome to the naked supercharged Busa's . Good luck and keep us informed. Great and exclusiv bike for your build.

So next week the last engine parts are coming, by a privat delivery
service from Richmond.
Than i can start to assemble the stuff.

The list is done and it looks good.

As a small christmas present i ordered a oehlins FGRT 805,
disassemble it, make it black and set it back, the backside will get a TTX 36,
from the car industrie, because there is the ugly oil tank inline and invisible. Also Black Edition

The only thing i could not find yet is a 40 tooth sprocket for a K8 from Supersprox in silver.
May if somebody knows where i can get one ...thanks!!

Cheers
MAX

It´s the TTS Billet Plenum, with my 46mm bored K8 throttle body, thanks to Richard it fits 99,99% perfect

Santa Claus was already in Germany

Today the heart of my engine is ready.
It was a little bit difficult to set all together.

Ferrera SS valves 1mm+,
RCC billet clamp (which is now flow optimzed)
46mm GEN II throttle body, the plenum from TTS,
SS throttle body flaps from Frank and all put togehter
on brand new b-king cylinder head

The chamber is a little bit modified and compression
is setted to 9,6:1 what should be fine for 25 psi of boost.:laugh:

So the next parts are arrived.
Brakes from ISR Sweden with adjustible floaters, wheels from PVM,
what should be at the moment the lightest aluminium wheel on the
market and the fork from Öhlins.
The fork i have to seperat total and make it black. Outside black anodise and the inner
tube will get a DLC-Coating (Diamont Like Carbon).

Next week the modified crankshaft should come, than i can go on with the
assembly of the motor.

Happy New Year

TTS Plenum modifications

After another two turbo projects
i had some time to go one with my
Supercharger Lazareth.

That there are no nice injectors in EV 6 style
on the market (650cc++ only single spray)
I changed Richards injector bracket
to EV 14 and get now 650cc injectors with 12 hole spray
for maximum atomization.

Drag a thread back from the grave!

And you weren't kidding, that's definately where the B-King came from!

It isn't.

Suzuki had a "concept" version of the B-King on show as early as 2001.
Lazareth realised that Suzuki were dragging their feet putting it into production
so did some look-alike bikes / kits.

This is the Suzuki that was on show and pre-dates any of the French Gen-1 conversions

Things like the headlight and belly pan got changed before production began.
