Is there one for the 2nd Gen busa or will it fit both?

It will not fit both. Hopefully the new RoadLoK for the Gen II will be out some time

naw, this pick is with the bike "clean" now, why wouldnt the thing fit? looks to me like everything is out of the way (barring the the fact that you modified the spacer at all)

Gilles stuff is on sale with the "lifts" for $225 at hardracing... pretty tempting..
