MC Good call on the Torque arm and Brake caliper. But every time I have reinstalled the caliper it has needed to be pryed so the caliper would go back on the rotor. But yes guys take MC's recommendations as well as mine when doing the install what ever makes it easier for you that is all that is need and counts.

Also one more thing. On the 12mm bolts that hold the Brake caliper to the RoadLoK I recommend you place a drop of red Lock tight on the screws before you reinstall them and torque them down just another little bit of advice help to keep the screws from vibrating out.

What I don't understand about the Roadlok, is that if I install it on my bike, when I want to lock it, do I have to roll the bike back and forth until I find the exact position for the pin to fit through the caliper?

It normally snaps into place on the first try. I've only had to move it literally a few mm's to snap in a handful of times. I love my roadLok!
