How would I go about finding the different riding schools near me? Im in Lubbock, TX right now and anybody that knows the layout of Texas knows that theres not much of anything nearby. I would consider driving to Dallas, Austin, or maybe Houston if the course was worth it. Im a beginner with probably 40 hours in the seat. Thanks for any input anyone has.

I learned to ride in 1986 in New York City, never having sat on a motorcycle before. Took 6 or 7 one hour lessons from a private auto school that also had motorcycles. They had Honda 250 cruisers. By the fourth lesson I knew how to ride well enough; spent the last few lessons just practicing for the road test, especially the figure-eight turns. They told me that there was no way to learn enough just with lessons, that I should buy a bike and practice on it on my own. That's what I did, commuted to work in Manhattan on a learner's permit for about 6 weeks before the road test.

The best school on the planet is located outside of Atlanta, GA at Road Atlanta Raceway...

And, you can bring your Busa out on the track... *If you dare!
