People really should try to read more than 1 line at a time.
Yes, it is a 2 piece motor cycle jacket/pants with matching gloves. And it does have CE armor.
To the OP, the website indicated first delivery to be in Q1 of 2010. Unless someone on this board works for or owns that company, it is unlikely anyone would have even seen it in real life let alone wear it.
I remember this thing was brought up over 6 months ago, don't think they can get enough buyers.
