Going to the UK Sunday - Should I take HRH?

Here's the deal, I have to go to London on Sunday for a week. My company will fly me Business Class with a free bump to First or I can fly coach and the company will buy her ticket.

well honestly, flying from dallas to london is a pretty easy and if you can do 4-5hrs in coach you'll be just fine. Having someone with you in london, if you will have time to do fun stuff, well its worth it for sure. The flight from london to dallas, well thats a bit longer and sux a bunch more

I made that trip a number of times from DFW and JFK and spent a LOT of time there in the UK so if you got any ?s just let me know

This is going to be HRH's first trip.

I was in London almost a year ago when she got the call from the doc that she had cancer. The trip back was the longest of my life.
