Nothing wrong with having a big touring bike.. I was in the market for one 3 years ago, I looked at the wings, the Venture, as well as the HD Road King, and Ultra Classic.. out of the 4 I ended up with the Ultra classic. Came out 3K cheaper then the Wing, and more towing capicty then the Venture..


Everyone ragged on me about having a "old man" bike,, but let me tell ya,, on the 2 trips I have made from Key West to Alaska, was nothing but comfort..

We just had the Goldwing convention down here in Gulfport/ Biloxi MS... I just stayed off of the road most of the weekend...

All I could think about was the trike accident at the Dragon while we were up there... I had never considered how dangerous the three wheelers were before!
