Help helmet bug removal?

I didn't think i was going that fast backwards. I hit this bug and it won't come off!!!...help any ideas???

+100! I was ridin home from work one day and out of the corner of my eye I see a spider crawlin on my face shield so I tried to brush it off with my hand but it was on the inside!!! That crap will freak you out!
