Do you think the two women that he raped and murdered die painlessly?? Why should he??

If they are so dang worried about being "human" to this b@stard, then make sure he is properly anesthetized before injecting him. Use something besides the drug they are worried about. Who really cares about the dosage. If you have to give a lot of the drug to get him sedated, well is he not DYING anyway?
