need new speakers for my car interior

6x9's all around(front doors and rear deck)

What would you all recommend as far as 2way, 3way, etc type of speakers for which location? I have two kenwood 12's in the trunk that hit pretty hard

dont go with infinity they are made by a junk company

your rockfords and mtx ae massed out JUNK

wait i might have something for you i have some 4/6 plates just one pair but let me see i think you can put them directly in a 6/9 slot it has a few different plates

MBQuart here, too. I've had them before and they are awesome.

Sound is a matter of preference but I prefer MB Quarts .. separates would sing nicely with a clean amp. 6 1/2 or even 5 1/4 would do it. Check em out at your location Car Stereo demo board and let your ears be the judge.
Try the Premium or Reference series ....good luck brudda.

MB Quarts is great speakers. Focal is better. When and If you have external amp to pump those babies.

Not all Infinity are bad. Kappas are very good, best for the price.

2 way with external crossovers networks. Very high sensitivity, great for stock (read low wattage) head units.
There is many things to be considered.


Kenwood subs?.... Man, you have to hear JL 12W6`s or W7 to understands what great sub should sound like.
Best subs made to date, period. $500 each.. they better be.
For moderate budget Dayton makes great subs.

Bottom line... is your budget.
