if you sleep for 5 1/2 hours in the afternoon

Wow...I knew I was tired today, I'm usually a sleep deprived insomniac...stayed up to late last night watching "Transformers"...again.

Get home this afternoon, get horizontal at about 4:00...next thing I know, it 9:30...whoa. Is sleeping 5 1/2 hours still a nap  

Course now I'll be up tonight till about 2 am

I would say no. Anything over 2 hours is actually sleep in my book.

Well lately with shortage of work, I get more tired not working....heck when 3pm hits I almost crawl to the couch for a 2-3 hr nap !!!

depends, if it was on the couch it was a nap, in the bed it was sleep. I have a bad habbit of saying on take a quick 30 min nap that ends up being 3 or 4 hours
