Yeah I posted a thread Friday night was titled " on the wat to the store" or soemthing like that. No not mine, but right down the block from me.

Now the fin part is the McMansion that gets built in it's place. Nothing inherently wrong with that, but I find it funny. You see a burned out house in a middle range neighborhood, and a few months later the replacement mansion is in place. Totally clashing with every other home in the area, and filling the little lot edge to edge...

I watched it happen a few times, it's just funny.

Na the big houses are inthe back near the river.. The house in the pic is aobut 10 houses up fromthe deep water lots. Houses on that street even tho 30 years old go for 400 and up, the ones on the river start at 900, and go up. I will get some pics tomorrow.

i've had my house burn. its not fun but insurance took care of us and we made out ok.
