Vacation soon

I start vacation this Thursday and don't have to go back to work until after New Year's Day. The weather Friday is supposed to be sunny and almost 70. I think it's time to load my fly fishing gear on the back of the busa and make a run up to Texoma for some striper (only 1 "p" in striper) fishing below the dam.

I have 8 hours to go. Just need to stand outside at range in 20* temps, requalify and that's it. Then off until 01/03/08.

I know, like that extra day is going to do me in.... in retrospect, I took a 4day weekend every weekend in Nov, and then a couple extra days off too

Fishing and riding seem to be the perfect combination to have fun and relaxation. Things have been a little stressed and I'm looking forward to the down time.
