You dont tell a group of people who give up a normal life to ride in trucks from race to race, fixing and fine-tuning your million dollar machine to your liking, while backed by a company that's spending MILLIONS on R&D in order to run a competitive GP team that you don't "feel motivated" that day. Sheesh.
