Whoever posted it up zoomed in so you couldn't see everything going on. The bike was going to pass 2 cars. The red car infront that looks like he intensionally forced the bike off the road was pulling out to pass the first car. This leads into another discusson on the board recently as to who has the right of way in that situation.
