An Airbus slides off the runway into a multi-story building.

mapquest pulled up 10 different Sao Paulos in Brazil...
 
Short runway (only 6300 feet) and a requirement of a go around if you land 1000 feet long, plus 2 planes pryor to the Air Bus arrival slid off the runway ! See a pattern here

Also the runway had been closed to Heavy aircraft because of it's short runway. Dept of Econ took the Airport to Court and a Judge made the airport open it again because the closure would hurt the economy becauses of a lack of landing facilities

Man, I've flown and out of that airport, and it is scary

. The only other major airport in my opinion that was worse was the old Hong Kong airport, and if any of you have flown in or out of that airport, you know what I'm talking about.
