well, since the bike has been totaled and I am waiting on the insurance and the loan paperwork to clear through it. it'll be a couple weeks before everything get's replaced, jacket, riding pants, helmet...BIKE. so I decided to do the spring cleaning on the Lightning, doesn't look bad for a four year old farm truck huh?

where does the glass stop and the paint begin? nice huh?

Yeah, farm truck my a**. What did you use Mr. Anderson, Zaino? Nice job, reminds me that I have to clay my charger and clean up from our 'short' winter here in SoCal. Nice looking truck by the way!

dmrowe, yep, farm truck , I'm old school, I use 3M profession series hand glaze, scratch remover and canuba wax. not a fan of zaino. to me it just give the wet look without the depth. it's all personal preference.

guido4512, ask and you shall receive:

dyno'ed 520 lb/ft of tire liquifying torque.

My 2000 is still hibernating, lol. I actually am contemplating selling it. I just don't think I would be happy with what I would get for it. Major power adders are 4#, chip, filter, Stieg port, etc. Most of the standard bolt ons.

You are only getting 520 ft-lbs with a MP? That sounds low to me. I was roughly 500 with a TQ robbing stage .5 port job and bad tune. I was not impressed when I dynoed.

Good looking truck though!!! I have some Pinnacle Souvrain goodies I need to apply when it warms up a bit more.
