I guess health care costs had remained constant for the May years prior to Obamacare passing. If you want to blame someone blame those in the industry that charge $20 for an aspirin and so on.

Actually the $20 aspirin has more to do with liability insurance. And remember, R & D is not cheap at all. Companies spend billions looking for cures. They try to recoup some with higher prices, depending on what the market will bare...free enterprise btw.
I do not know a single person (employed) that is paying the same or less for work sponsored health care. Obama said in a speech about a week ago that said, on average, every American is saving over $1600 a year on health care since the Affordable Health Care Act went into affect. Really???
Obamacare was a flop since day 1. Even CNN and the rest of the Democrat talking heads admit this now, but say it will cost too much to go back...we are committed. Great.
The fat guy that was on the Five actually said Obamacare was the Republicans fault because we did not give a better option. News flash... It was better before!

No point in arguing with you, but hey here is question for you: If the debt is so bad, why is the Dollar stronger against the Euro, for the first time in decades? Or differently put, if the debt was such a crime by Obama, why does everyone around the globe want to purchase US Dollars?

Finally, if debt is so bad, what are you doing on a Suzuki forum, because Japan leads the pack? Sell the darn thing!

Just on your point about why the dollar is stronger now than the Euro, it has nothing to do with Obama or even us as a nation. It has everything to do with the fact the U.S. Dollar is the world standard currency by which all things are measured and the fact the euro is plummeting across Europe. Greece is flat broke and simply intends to print more euros. Don't worry, spend em if you got em, we'll just print more. This mindset is causing the Euro's value to fall tremendously which is falsely making our currency appear stronger.

You know I'll go out on a limb here and say while I don't agree with Obama and many things I still believe Bush taking us to war over wmds in Iraq is what destroyed this nation financially and morally across the globe. We spent ourselves silly on the war on terror as well as lost a lot of respect worldwide by killing hundreds of thousands of innocent people with our bombs and sanctions. We can recover the money but we will most likely never recover the respect or esteem we once enjoyed worldwide. We all know we should have never gone to Iraq. At least Obama hasn't foolishly gotten us in over our heads in some foreign war like his predecessor did.
