hahahhhaa... I don't think he ended up taking it... I think they easily proved that the bike couldn't have done 205MPH and the man in the plane doing the timing screwed up....

There were too many mistakes made by the officer, his timing was off, the bike could not go that fast etc. The judge threw the ticket out.

Na! The terminal velocity of a Honda is only about 140 MPH. It would have to be pushed off a cliff by a rocket to reach 200 in a fall.

I think he actually did get nailed pretty hard. Pleaded guilty to some ungodly speed and got a crap load of community service.. either that or the report I read was a total sham.

Yep, plead guilty... paid a fine and got like 200 hours community service. Got to keep his license as part of the plea bargain.
