Well here she is, had some fun with her this afternoon.

1 owner, 18k mile, 1999 Dodge Viper R\T

So far it has
-smooth tubes, k&n drop in's, muffler delete

What I'm doing to it, some stuff is ordered, some I'm still looking
- Gen 5 srt viper sidewinder 2's in matte black- 18x10 up front 305, 19x13 in rear with 355's
-3:55 rear end gear,maybe 3:73 stock is 3:07
-full exhaust, headers, , cat delete with borla mufflers n tips or corsa
-audio upgrade, flip out radio with xm and all new speakers and sub.

i really like it.. quick question.. and i might be totally off on this as i knw crap about the vipers.. i have seen models with exhausts coming out below the door .. lower panel.. is that aftermarket or did some models come out that way?

No air bags
No windows
No a/c
Side exhaust

gen 2 450 horse 495 torque
-power windows
-a/c
-rear exhaust (this came in 96 along with the hard top cars (gts)
-air bag car

The newer gen cars 4,5 have side exhaust again like the original
Vipers

92-95

Gen 1.5
96 weird year, gen 2 suspension,gen 1 motor except gts

Gen 2 96-02

Gen 3 03-06

Gen 4 08-10

Gen 5 13-up

Thanks, always wanted one, been a dream of mine, and prices are low right now, they are the modern day a/c cobra( quote from Carroll shelby himself)theses early model vipers are going to only raise in price.
