It's maybe 3' x 2'.

I'm back in Arizona for a short visit and this town is attached to Ft Huachuca ( home of the buffalo soldier) and this tiny midget flag is the best this grocery store can muster upI'm offended, they should have just not even bothered.
If you have to ask me why...you wouldn't understand!!

There's people around here that have bigger ones on a pole hanging over their garages.

Sad but a good MADE IN AMERICA large flag is expensive.
That 3x5 if made here is a couple hundred. To get one to match that pole would cost a couple thousand.
Maybe they just can't afford a decent one?
I was thinking they may have put that up until a proper replacement can be had. I have seen some huge American Flags, can't imagine what they could have cost.
Robert
Flag size could be a reflection of the economy

At least they are flying the flag. many do not. maybe thier big one was damaged and this was the best they could get in a pinch. You never know the companies situation unless you ask.
IBEW local union 661 in hutchinson flys a 15' x 30' flag...not exactly sure on dimensions. as an apprentice we had to hang the new flag every 2 years. it was attached to the building on the top at 3 floors up. it hangs most of the way down the building. it is huge and a major PITA to hang. It was american made and i thought it was only like 500 bucks, but my memory could be evading me as it was like 10 years ago when i last hung that flag.

What would be interesting is what the manager said regarding the flag. May be an underlying story to that flag....
