Handgun hunting in arizona

Just found out you can't hunt anything with a handgun in arizona......lame .....but that means i get to go get a new rifle!

I know it is, i called fish and game to ask about getting a license and entering the drawing for javelina or deer and thats what they told me. Know i gotta go shopping for a new hunting rifle

Here in Indiana you can hunt with a handgun, you used to not be able to hunt with Rifle but now you can but it has to a a handgun load.

Carry the rifle you have and just use the handgun. It can't be illegal to have the handgun on you. It's BS anyway.

Well i was looking into putting a scope on my Dan Wesson .357 but now i wont. Im looking around cabela's for some good holiday deals. Maybe find something and just wait until the draw next year.

Just no rimfiire calibers and you should be able to use one.

That's weird, when i called fish and game they said you cannot hunt with handguns...... Might call them back and ask again
