Zucchini Recipe, mmmm GOOD.

This is the time o the year when we got Zucchini coming out our ears.
Here's a recipe that's really Delish. Even people that don't normally like Z. will eat this.
I slice the Zook into 1/4 or 3/8 inch slices. Whip up one egg with a little milk in it and then when the oil in your frying pan has heated up good, dip each slice in the egg mixture and then dip it in some Drakes "Crispy Fry mix", getting both sides coated good.
Pop those coated slices in the hot oil and cook til golden brown on both sides.
I'm tellin you guys, this is Mammy Slappin GOOD..!!

I like to add a cup of grated zucchini into a Betty Crocker Devil's Food Cake. It helps the cake stay really moist but leaves absolutely no zucchini flavour.
