Over here in Missouri we've had heat indexes over 100 degrees every day for several weeks now. Lot of nights, the heat index is still close to, or at, 100. Was 78 degrees and 86% humidity when I walked out the door at 4:30AM today. Was already starting to sweat when I got into the truck, just went downhill from there.
It's still 96 degrees with a 103 heat index now at 7:00PM. Supposed to hit 101 ambient tomorrow, with a predicted heat index of around 112.
Gonna be another wonderful 10 hour day in the welding shop.
