Sitting on bike and fooling with it for a minute ?
Thieves are quick and goal oriented , they don't waste time posing on things waiting for owner to see them ?
Also why break lock and walk away , what purpose did that serve ?

Yep - they are that easy. They are usually cast from zinc which is not strong at all. The one on my kids CBR is plastic!

Something did not look right with the video. I think some are probably that easy to break.

Rifle with a scope, blow out a knee and it would cure his problem.

I think the average crook would have looked around for cameras first and probably spotted that one.
I notice he had his hat down so you couldn't see his face. Something seems a little odd about the video.
