Interesting claim on requiring a translator...he speaks fluent spanish. His hotel room, video of him entering with the girl, leaving alone later and dead girl found in room........I think gen pop might be a good threat to hold over his head. Offer him 10 yrs. until we find out about Natalie and then put him in gen pop.
