especially the scooter/mopeds!

My city has been overun with them. And they have no idea of etiquette, roadcraft, positioning, or in fact anything at all. They remind me of cockroaches scurrying all over every which way, through 4 different lanes in 5 seconds, wobbling wildly between cars balancing their shopping bag hanging between their legs!

All too funny.

Last fall I came home from riding the busa and jumped on my daughters Tomos moped just for grins (strangely, it's really fun to ride just because it is the exact opposite of a busa!). So I'm tooling around the area in full sportbike riding gear, even the helmet with the busa kanji stickers. A sportbike is coming from the opposite direction and waves and I wave back. I swear he literally pulled back his wave once we were close enough to ID each other's ride.

He was on a Honda CBR 600. LOL.

LOL--awesome--as a side note--I bought a little 50cc scooter last summer-Do you have any idea how scary it is to ride that thing at 40 mph? The little engine and wheels are SCREAMING! I'm not waving!
