Just thought I would run it up the flagpole see if anybody salutes it.
I have a big intrest in food.Like A forum show off some dishes+share recipes.
Mabe even have some the fine young ladys on here cook stuff 4 us 2 eat.
Im mostly A BAR-B-Q GUY +ITS FREEZING OUT NOW BUT MY WIFE MAKES SOME awesome fried chicken.Soak chicken in buttermilk overnight.

Never made these yet but I could shure eat them

Garlic Tomatoes
Serves 6

8 deep red tomatoes
3 fresh type sprigs, plus extra to garnish
12 garlic cloves, unpeeled
1/4c Olive Oil (generous 1/4 cup)
salt and pepper

Egg Prep
3 eggs (shaken in protein shaker cup to aerate and fluff)
Add salt, pepper and basil to shaken eggs, mix again.

The Guts
1/4 cup diced ham
1/2 cup diced green/red bell peppers and onions
1/4 cup goat cheese
1/8 cup of mushrooms

Directions
Preheat non-stick pan with olive oil 2 tbsp
Pour shaken eggs into pan
Cook and flip
When eggs are firm, pour guts onto one half of omelette
Carefully fold egg in half over guts and press.

Fin

yes but ET's become inherently more consistent as the hp/weight ration decreases.. :rofl:

I know for a fact that we have some real life "Chefs" here... and let me tell you, getting on their PM list is a treat!!! :whistle:

NIGHTFLIGHT... look up "bruschetta" I like to dice the tomato and marinate it for a few hours before serving up myself.. (overnight works too :) )

Won't the tomato get soggy if you marinate it? Does it hold up? What do you use to marinate?

Cookies, brownies, pie, if it goes in your mouth and you chew then digest it - it's FOOD! :thumbsup:
(unless of course you're one of those wacko Guinness freaks that eats an airplane - that's NOT food and I'd dare anyone to say otherwise! Just ask their toilet!) :laugh:
